Donation Requests

We’re proud to support our community and local organizations whenever possible. Due to the large number of donation and sponsorship requests we receive, we’ve created a streamlined process to ensure every request is reviewed fairly and efficiently.

To be considered, all requests must be submitted through our official Donation Request Form. Participation in our Holiday Fundraiser helps us support more organizations throughout the year and will increase your chances of receiving a donation. This program allows us to give back to more groups throughout the year and build stronger community partnerships.

Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request.

Guidelines:

• Requests must be submitted at least 20 days before your event.
  

• Donations are not guaranteed; approval is based on availability, timing, and community impact.

• We will contact you within 7–10 business days after receiving your form.

• If we do not contact you within 7-10 business days, we were unable to move forward with your request at this time. We appreciate the work you do and your interest in partnering with us.
