Our chocolate bar fundraising program offers seven best-selling flavors that practically sell themselves:

How It Works

  • Quantities

    Bars are sold in case lots only. Each case contains 180 bars, organized into 6 bags of 30.

  • Profit

    Organizations are able to purchase fundraising cases at 40% off retail - maximizing your potential fundraising profit!

  • Ordering

    Cases can be order over the phone by calling 724-869-3018 and picked up at our Baden, PA store. Orders of 20+ cases receive free delivery.

When do we pay?

Payment is due at the time of pick up or at the time of ordering if your 20+ cases will be delivered.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments in the form of:

  • cash
  • organization checks
  • credit cards

*please note a 3% charge will be added on for credit card transactions.

How much should we sell each chocolate bar for?

Candy Bars sell for $1.50 each.

How much are cases?

Fundraising cases are $162 per case.

Do you have options for allergies and dietary restrictions?

Currently we only offer the 7 listed flavors for our Chocolate Bar Fundraising. However our Seasonal Catalog Fundraising does include dietary specific options!
